Adora's acting career got a kick-start when she played The Mayor of Munchkinland in her third grade YMCA production of The Wizard of Oz. Since then, Adora's been in productions outside of the Company that included Inherit the Wind, Plaza Suite, Cut, Loving Lives and Oliver!
Adora has been with The Company since its inception. In the 2005 season she played the ole of Claire Ganz in Rumors, the Company's debut play. In 2006, she played Claire in Proof, the company's second endeavor. She was also a writer for the summer 2006 24-Hour Play Festival, and she played the roles of Gay Wellington and the Grand Duchess Olga Katrina in the 2006 season's final play, You Can't Take it With You.
Although Adora now hails from the "eh" state of Connecticut, she still plans to be a member of the Company and act in future endeavors. Besides being an avid film fan, Adora (or "Dorie," as her friends call her), also loves to paint and draw, take naps, write and act (obviously).
